Booking Questions

Our pre-made itinerary can be booked instantly using PayPal as the payment gateway. For guests who does not want/have a PayPal account, we have our payment Gateway by Kasikorn Bank.

If you book more than 7 days in advance, you can pay the deposit of 50% of the tour final tour price. You will have to pay the rest on arrival in cash in Thai Baht.

No. You do not need print any document.

If you do not show up on the tour date, the tour is canceled and non-refundable.

In case of force majeure, we will consider on case by case basis. Guests must provide reasons and evidence.

Yes. You can book the tour in advance, however please advise your hotel address as soon as you have it.

Yes. You can provide us with a local address as long as the location is within our pickup area. However we might need to confirm the location with you in advance.

Tour Questions

No. Gratuities are not required. It is up to your personal decision.

Yes. All tours operate by iDaytrip has the entrance/activity fees included unless specified. 

Yes. You can customize your tour even after booking.  It can arranged after you had agree to be responsible for cost differences. All cost differences then will be collected uopon arrival in Thai Baht.
